Fuel for Recess & After-School Fun

Packed with whole grains and natural sweetness, these bites are a quick win for busy moms.

SmartCanister Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100 g) old-fashioned oats 
  • ½ cup (55 g) ground flaxseed
  •  ¼ cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt (~⅛ tsp / less than 1 g)

Other Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 g) natural peanut butter or sunbutter
  • ⅓ cup (110 g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, and salt (dispense using your PantryChic System).

  2. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Dispense and fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Chill mixture in fridge for 20 minutes.

  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in a sealed container.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
